Daily Prompt: Agile – Speed & Agility

I am a big fun of Shaun T’s Focus T25 Workout and I particularly LOVE Speed 2.0 in Beta Phase, It’s my favourite! There’s a move called speed and agility…I didn’t always love it though because when I started out, I wasn’t quick in movement, I had two left feet lol. After doing a few rounds of the T25, now I am agile as an antelope lol.
