I love running at 6am before going to work because I am a morning person and I feel more energetic in the morning.
I also feel like I can face anything that would come my way, after a morning run.
Its becoming a challenge to run at 6am though because its now pitch black and when I get home its dark too, so I’ll leave it for Saturdays and run when its bright enough.
I can’t wait for spring and summer days.
